
There actually is no pumpkin in this recipe but the ingredients, mixed together, simulated a nice, hot pumpkin pie in a cup!
INGREDEINTS
8 oz plain soy milk
1 oz vanilla syrup
>1 oz cinnamon syrup
cinnamon (optional)
- Steam or heat soy milk to desirable temperature (around 140 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Add and stir in vanilla and cinnamon syrup.
- Ta Da!! Pumpkin pie in a cup.
It is important to use soy milk for this recipe because once it is steamed or heated, it takes on a whole new flavor. This is a nice treat for the coming fall.
